Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service on every customer contact
- Field customer inquiries via phone or through electronic inquiries
- Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Meet/exceed all position KPIs/metrics
Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and switch communication channels efficiently
- Exhibit empathy and understanding over phone and email
- Customer-centric attitude with eagerness to provide excellent service
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce.com experience a plus
