Customer Care Specialist, Payroll Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage escalations and resolve complex payroll-related issues
• Oversee Zendesk queue management for exceptional customer service
• Track customer trends and feedback to improve resources
• Collaborate with EPD and GTM to integrate feedback into products
• Support team environment and assist with customer experience
• Present data-driven insights and make autonomous decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer support or success, with 1+ years in leadership
• Expertise in payroll and experience in SaaS and HR tech
• Deep understanding of frontline customer service
• Lifelong learner with strong curiosity and adaptability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Data-driven decision-maker with creative problem-solving skills
