Customer Communications Associate at SentinelOne Full Time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security Research, Marketing, Services, and others
• Draft systemic and recurring communications to keep customers informed and educated
• Develop and execute ad hoc surveys, analyze results for follow-up action
• Undertake other responsibilities as required

Requirements

• 1+ years in writing, communications, corporate marketing, customer marketing, or PR
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity and customer experience
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with Marketing or Campaign tools (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot)
• Thrives in a multitasking, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Strong team player and self-starter
