Customer Engineer Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Build working relationships with customers.
• Responsible for ownership of all customer issues.
• Understand and perform SLA requirements.
• Communicate to all levels during service activity.
• Represent NCR positively.
• Perform hardware installation and set-up.
• Perform preventative maintenance on products.
• Diagnose problems and make minor repairs.
• Perform equipment staging and installation.
• Assist in site preparation and equipment installation.
• Perform modular swaps and unit replacements.
• Responsible for NCR assets used in services.
• Maintain an appropriate parts inventory.
• Responsible for accurate reporting of calls.
• Track and report expenses related to services.
• Capture customer asset information for invoicing.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers’ License required.
• Cleared background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
• May require prolonged travel and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in enclosed spaces, dust, and damp areas.
• Must perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and stooping.
