Customer Experience Executive at Probe CX Full Time

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, Livechat and emails from customers
• Process and respond to customer emails via templates
• Escalate queries or complaints to supervisor immediately
• Perform data entry with high accuracy
• Adhere to team schedule
• Achieve set target for quality assurance
• Participate in all team meetings, one on ones, and coaching sessions
• Report workplace hazards and ensure a positive workplace
• Complete all training and professional development requirements
• Rotating roster Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm AU
• Additional hours may be required based on business demands

Requirements

• At least High School Graduate
• 0 – 12 months of continuous work experience
• Prior BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat support
• Manage and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Identify and escalate issues based on priority
