Responsibilities
- Support CX team infrastructure and handle inbound tickets and phone calls
- Act as the public face of the company interacting with clients and customers
- Dig into customer issues, create plans, and solve problems with speed and empathy
- Collaborate to find solutions and tackle problems end to end when necessary
Requirements
- 1+ years in client/customer support roles via phone and email
- Exposure to or genuine interest in crypto and/or FinTech
- Comfortable with navigating multiple software platforms and systems
- Effective time management skills in a fast-paced setting
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work remotely within U.S. hours
