Customer Facing Research Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Use SQL, R, and Python to produce studies.
• Collaborate with life sciences customers on analyses.
• Communicate project status and collaborate with managers.
• Provide technical analytics support and troubleshoot calls.
• Work with customers to analyze data using SQL, R, and Python.
• Write regex queries using Databricks SQL.
• Create enablement materials to onboard new researchers.
• Collaborate with teams to investigate data sources.
• Deliver feedback to inform product roadmap.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate/graduate education in clinical research.
• Experience with large databases of patient data.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing EHR or real-world data.
• Willingness to learn new coding languages.
• 2+ years of experience working with customers.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a start-up environment.
