- The company seeks a highly skilled and experienced Customer Marketing Strategist to define and lead the overall CRM & engagement marketing strategy for WorldWinner.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall CRM & engagement marketing strategy, aligning it with broader business goals and industry trends.
- Work closely with the executive team to ensure CRM and promotional strategies support the company’s growth.
- Build and enhance player loyalty programs, VIP experiences, and targeted offers aimed at maximizing player lifetime value.
- Lead efforts in segmentation & persona development to create personalized customer experiences that increase retention and loyalty.
- Develop and execute data-driven retention strategies, leveraging CRM tools to enhance customer engagement.
- Set up new end-to-end marketing campaign automations.
- Lead the systematic creation and execution of testing plans, ensuring results are shared and implemented.
- Partner with Marketing leadership and Executive teams to shape and influence company-wide strategic initiatives focused on customer retention and loyalty.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across teams to align retention efforts and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, retention marketing, CRM, or customer strategy for a digital company.
- Experience in mobile apps and real-money gaming or retail preferred.
- Deep understanding of retention, general marketing, and automation tools such as Braze.
- Experience in segmentation and persona development to drive personalized marketing strategies.
- Experience building early-life and in-life user communications flows.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with a strong focus on analyzing and improving performance.
- Ability to lead complex projects and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
