Summary:
Lactalis Heritage Dairy, a global leader in dairy products, is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor based in Puerto Rico. The role involves supporting sales efforts, leveraging customer-specific programs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Analyze syndicated data, household panel data, and customer-specific insights (Circana/Nielsen, Reesa, PMR) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop customer programs in collaboration with Category Leadership and distributors to drive incremental sales, increase distribution, and expand share of shelf with retailers.
- Develop and execute in-store marketing programs, point-of-sale materials, and merchandising initiatives that enhance shopper experience and conversion.
- Coordinate all in-store execution efforts and recommend adjustments to ensure activation plans are delivered on time, on budget, in full, and in the most effective way.
- Manage third-party vendors (POS material suppliers, etc.) to ensure the timely and on-budget execution of sales strategies.
- Perform regular trade visits to identify opportunities and provide solutions to drive incremental sales.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with analysts and internal teams to ensure the alignment and execution of sales strategies.
- Generate input for sales forecast meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A major in Business Administration, Marketing, and/or Finance is preferred.
- 4+ years in account management, distributor management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company experience is required.
