Lulus.com is seeking a Customer Service Agent to assist customers via phone, chat, and email. This fully remote position offers a dynamic work environment, fostering creativity and teamwork. Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions and assist with order placement and site navigation through phone, chat, and email.
- Assist customers with making purchasing decisions.
- Resolve any customer issues in a timely, upbeat, and friendly manner.
- Manually place new orders.
- Field customer questions, concerns, and problems.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the company’s products and relay this information to customers.
- Develop rapport with customers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Proficient in computer and software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Email).
- Exceptional grammar and punctuation.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team.
- Ability to telecommute with a quiet, distraction-free workspace and a reliable internet connection.
