Job duties/responsibilities
- Ensure a pleasant experience in case of questions or difficulties with the order
- Solve problems of our customers and merchants to the greatest possible satisfaction
- Make sure that refurbed customers become the happiest customers
- Do all of this mostly via email, and sometimes via phone
- Take over different projects within the team
Requirements
- Excellent language skills and clear communication
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in 2nd level customer service support
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Solution-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Enjoy working with a motivated team
