Customer Service Representative Full Time

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions on FMG products
• Provide accurate and timely service by phone and email
• Handle complex escalated inquiries
• Use Customer Service tools to resolve issues
• Record and maintain detailed interaction notes
• Report bugs and issues to developers
• Collaborate with internal departments for client satisfaction
• Provide feedback on customer experience and product
• Exercise patience and empathy in communications
• Solve ticket backlog with quality service
• Participate in ongoing training

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
• Willingness to ask questions and seek help when needed
• Strong individual and team work abilities
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in English, with 50+ wpm typing speed
• Prior customer service experience preferred
