Responsibilities
- Handle high volume live chat and other online tools
- Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Support other business units with customer liaison, document requests
- Manage complaints, provide solutions and follow up to secure resolution
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, finance or E-commerce
- College degree or above
- Native-level fluency in Arabic, advanced English mandatory
- Previous experience with cross-functional support advantageous
- High level of honesty, integrity, and team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills
- Passionate for customer service and adaptable to different shifts
- Positive attitude towards the crypto industry
