Responsibilities:
- Design training plans using safety rules and manuals.
- Coordinate vendor training during projects.
- Communicate effectively with Maintenance and Operations teams.
- Keep records of customer training and manage feedback.
- Sell and schedule remedial training as needed.
- Capture video of maintenance procedures.
- Travel up to 50% to customer and vendor locations.
Requirements:
- At least two years’ experience with automated conveyor systems.
- Knowledge of high and low voltage electrical systems.
- Ability to manage training schedules with clear objectives.
- Strong presentation and knowledge impartation skills.
- Availability to work weekends when required.
- Excellent customer service skills and practices.
- Ability to adjust to competing priorities effectively.
