Customer Services Advisor Temporary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: process orders, exchanges, refunds, and answer queries
• Communicate via phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, Yotpo, and social media
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and queries
• Ensure accurate order delivery and customer satisfaction
• Use Zendesk and other systems for order management and customer service
• Establish long-term relationships with key customers and offer product recommendations

Requirements

• Proven track record in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Experience with online luxury retail is beneficial
• Good administrative, numeracy skills, and experience with contact centre software
• Bi-lingual candidates (English, French, German, Spanish) are desirable
• Passion for building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
