Responsibilities
- Build relationships with assigned customers and identify solutions to their challenges
- Ensure customers leverage our technology and services effectively
- Become an expert in FSI’s features and educate customers on product benefits
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Billing, and other teams for exceptional customer experience
- Capture customer feedback and report requests to Product Management and Development
- Manage account retention, renewal, and upsell to maintain a revenue base
- Execute and maintain account agreement documents
- Plan and facilitate customer forums, events, and webinars
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management experience
- Proven ability to maintain outcome-based relationships with diverse customer accounts
- Outstanding multi-task management skills across varied responsibilities
- Passion for working with customers and understanding CMS benefits and technical elements
- Experience with FSI product suite a plus
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical subjects to non-technical users
- Ability to build credibility and trust by addressing customer requirements
- Willingness to travel periodically based on needs
Benefits
- Base salary range: $60,000-$85,000
