Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound sales and service calls, focusing on helping customers and enhancing their experience.
- Offer thoughtful advice to customers to maximize value from their contact lens purchases.
- Engage proactively with the manager and team through one-on-ones, team meetings, and chats in a virtual work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Identify and resolve customer issues quickly, empowering self-decision-making for a positive experience.
- Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Inbound sales experience is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection with speeds of 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, or better.
