Customer Success Director Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Own the success and retention of existing clients, leading all aspects of value delivery, relationship management, and growth.
• Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction.
• Establish strategic partnerships with customers, understanding their processes deeply to identify opportunities for growth and success.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Services teams to define and execute customer success strategies and imperatives.
• Act as an advocate for customers within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and driving long-term revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience in the field, or in a related area.
• 6-8+ years experience leading SaaS/software delivery and/or consulting for large complex enterprise customers.
• 6+ years of professional experience in technology services or consulting relevant to customer needs.
• Demonstrated ability in external relationship management, building excellent client relationships.
• Highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious.
• Exceptional client-facing skills with a proven history of building strong relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation and meeting management.
• Exceptional escalation management skills and sound judgment in business decisions.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Ability to forecast work accurately and manage workloads effectively.
• Initiative-driven with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to identify business opportunities related to customer engagements.
• Willingness to travel, as required (up to 25%).

Preferred

• Deep knowledge of financial services and core banking systems.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
