Customer Success Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage 30-35 accounts ensuring high retention, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth
• Coach partners on best practices, product adoption, and updates on new features
• Develop deep relationships, becoming a trusted advisor through tailored advice
• Coach partners on optimizing online guest experience and boosting direct bookings
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to influence the product roadmap
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to resolve issues
• Use data to demonstrate ROI and drive continued product adoption
• Encourage customers to advocate for Triptease and participate in industry events
• Represent Triptease at industry events and conferences
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and performance metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, guest experience optimization, and revenue management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with attention to detail
• Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about customer success
• Obsessive learner and calm under pressure
