Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with assigned clients for a friendly experience
- Ensure client retention and satisfaction with dedicated service
- Aid in client onboarding, service implementation, and roll-out planning
- Coordinate team involvement in the Apporto service rollout
- Assist clients with high-tier support when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Customer Success or a TAM equivalent role
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and mechanics
- Strong understanding of Active Directory
- Networking experience is a plus
- Understanding of Mac OS X and Linux is a plus
- Experience with Server OS is a plus
- Familiarity with virtualization technology is a plus
- Experience with application deployment and packaging is a plus
- Understanding of SSO technologies is a plus
- Any cloud experience is a plus
- Experience in higher education is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide application or OS support
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Ability to triage issues and delegate tasks
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
- Outgoing, eager to learn new technologies, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset is a plus
