Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day technical contact for assigned strategic accounts, building trust and rapport.
- Identify opportunities, highlight best practices, and document them.
- Act as a feedback loop between clients and the product management team.
- Review the customer journey, identify support needs, and help clients achieve goals.
- Facilitate interaction and workflows between project team members.
- Collaborate with the team and Product Managers for upcoming client meetings.
- Prepare documentation or visuals for client demonstrations via Teams meetings.
- Work with sales and marketing to deliver customer references and develop case studies.
- Report customer needs to Product Management for future roadmap consideration.
- Assist in adding content to documentation guides for new user on-boarding and training.
- Develop and document workflows for demonstration and presentation purposes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a VDC Manager, Project Engineer, Technical Innovation Manager, or similar role using Reality Capture technologies.
- Working knowledge of hardware/software reality capture solutions (Leica, Faro, Trimble, NavVis, Drone hardware, 360 Photo solutions).
- Working knowledge of Digital Twin/Industry 4.0 practices using Autodesk Products (BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
- Familiarity with other software technology solutions (ESRI, Siemens, Bentley, Aveva, SAP, Oracle, Solidworks).
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent level of spoken and written English; second languages are a benefit.
- Strong empathy for customers, passion for revenue and growth.
- Strong understanding of value drivers in SaaS platforms and subscription models.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Active team player, self-starter, multitasker, and adaptable to changing priorities.
