Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to retain the existing customer base.
- Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition through remote meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Provide demonstrations of product modules or new functionality.
- Provide customers with resources to promote best practices for product use.
- Identify new sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with assigned customers, addressing all requests within the required timeframe.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide well-informed responses.
- Act as an escalation point for customer feedback or concerns.
Requirements:
- Strong persuasive, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong and consistent phone presence.
- Customer-focused with the ability to anticipate customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Must have professional level written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to have tough conversations that balance the needs of customers and the company.
