Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor for IT and business leadership of customers and partners.
- Support existing customers in driving the adoption and retention of Dropbox within their organizations.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to build customer relationships, conduct business reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Utilize internal data systems to conduct customer usage analysis and identify risks and opportunities.
- Execute targeted campaigns to foster increased customer engagement and improve adoption rates.
- Communicate new features and functions of Dropbox to customers and plan communications at scale.
- Organize events, seminars, and training sessions to promote product adoption.
- Work with the technical, support, and product teams to resolve customer issues and find optimal solutions.
- Represent the customer internally and provide feedback to the product team on improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, customer support, or consulting in SaaS.
- Proven track record of success in customer success roles.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for simplifying life through technology.
- Strong self-driven, organized, and project-focused individual contributor.
- Effective team player with experience collaborating with sales teams and/or partners.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, dynamic startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in training customers or partners in products/services or running customer events.
- Avid Dropbox user and a vocal technology evangelist.
- Relevant industry experience in Media/Entertainment, Manufacturing, Construction, Technology, Education.
