Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Become a BuildOps product expert.
- Develop solutions for customer workflows.
- Monitor customer health metrics and usage data.
- Collaborate to resolve customer escalations.
- Develop customer references and success stories.
- Share knowledge to improve the success team.
- Travel to customer sites for implementation.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or Jira.
- Bachelor’s degree.
