Responsibilities:
- Support clients during the pilot phase.
- Take ownership of key enterprise accounts post-sale.
- Project manage large-scale image and video projects.
- Assist with prompt engineering for client visuals.
- Maintain clear notes on clients in HubSpot.
- Collect and share customer feedback to inform the product.
Requirements:
- 3+ years providing white-glove service for clients.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail.
- Early-stage startup or marketing agency experience.
- Agile and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Experience with generative AI prompting is a bonus.
