Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for product and technical questions to ensure customers love the product and company.
- Develop solutions to effectively train customers on using the product.
- Increase customer value through up-selling and cross-selling of SaaS solutions.
- Work with the product team to optimize and automate customer success processes using tools like Intercom, JIRA, and Userpilot.
- Coordinate a perfect onboarding experience and provide comprehensive coaching for new clients.
- Communicate customer requests to the product team, contributing to the continuous development of the software.
- Develop the infrastructure for the Customer Success department, including ticketing systems, knowledge bases, FAQs, etc.
- Qualify existing customers for upselling potential and introduce new products and features to them.
- Serve as a partner and technical consultant to customers regarding the use of the software.
- Communicate with customers via phone or ticketing system to resolve questions and technical issues quickly.
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to make a meaningful impact and see fast results.
- Affinity for software with experience using solutions like Userpilot or Intercom a plus.
- Ability to identify areas for process optimization and address them.
- Previous customer interaction experience and a passion for customer communication.
- Open, empathetic, communicative, and enjoys customer contact.
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented with the ability to take initiative.
- Fluent in German.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Media and Communications, or similar fields, or relevant professional experience.
