Customer Success Manager – Remote Full Time

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships to ensure customer success with Steer
• Develop and execute customer success and engagement plans
• Own commercial goals of retention and revenue expansion
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects
• Represent customer voice and influence product development
• Empower customers to align goals with Steer solutions
• Use behavioral data to develop impactful communication strategies
• Lead webinars, consultations, and demos to educate customers
• Serve as main point of contact between clients and Steer team
• Maintain regular communication to maximize Steer’s potential

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting
• Experience with a MarTech product or marketing teams
• Proven ability to drive change through product usage
• Experience teaching technical info to non-technical audiences
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and adapt
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
