Responsibilities:
- Advising customers on cyber security awareness measures.
- Handling security awareness campaigns with SoSafe’s customers.
- Conception and completion of business reviews.
- Managing commercial negotiations (including renewals and upsells).
- Proactive assistance of customers in achieving their goals.
- Contribute feedback to our product development team.
- Leverage relationships to identify key reference and case study candidates.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of practical experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Confident discussing commercial details with customers.
- Ability to oversee multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in a SaaS environment.
- Team player eager to continue learning.
