Customer Success Manager Full Time

Summary:

Kolsquare is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Revenue team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and preventing churn while collaborating closely with sales, product, and marketing teams. Kolsquare, a leading Influencer Marketing software company, helps brands grow by optimizing KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage long-term relationships with clients, from C-level to operations.
• Retain and develop the customer portfolio.
• Prevent churn by maintaining strong client relationships.
• Drive revenue by growing existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and monthly targets.
• Send commercial proposals to clients.
• Reach monthly targets for retention and sales growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure client success.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French, English, and native Spanish.
• Proven experience in account management.
• Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, organized, proactive, and independent.
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate problems.
• Good knowledge of negotiation techniques and ability to deal with decision-makers, mainly Heads of Marketing.
• Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
• Native Spanish speaker and fluent in French and English (C1 level) to manage complex discussions.
