Customer Success Representative Full Time

  • The position involves assisting customers with purchasing decisions, resolving order-related issues, and helping with online access issues.
  • The role includes working with remote teams and vendors to achieve time-sensitive goals to support districts, schools, and teachers throughout the busy back-to-school season.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist returning customers with their purchasing decisions by providing information on their past purchases.
  • Provide samples and quotes for customers to help them with their district purchasing process.
  • Quality check orders that have been entered to ensure quality throughout the order and provisioning process.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve order-related issues.
  • Assist new and returning customers with resolving their online access-related issues.
  • Work with remote teams and vendors across the US to achieve time-sensitive goals to support districts, schools, and teachers throughout the busy back-to-school season.

Requirements:

  • Work hours: 8:00AM to 5:00 PM PST or 9:00AM to 6:00PM PST.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex issues, actively listen to customer concerns, and convey solutions in a professional, concise, and empathetic manner.
  • A keen eye for detail in identifying the root cause of customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring accurate resolutions.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and stay organized, especially when handling multiple projects or urgent requests.
  • Experience using spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and handling data.
  • Classroom teaching experience.
