Customer Support Agent at Flipdish Full Time

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve problems diligently
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Document customer interactions accurately in Salesforce
• Collaborate with support team and other departments to resolve complex issues
• Stay updated on software and service knowledge
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics and SLAs
• Build strong customer relationships through friendly and helpful interactions

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish with exceptional communication skills
• Willingness to work evening shifts and weekends
• Prior experience in customer support or service roles
• Proficiency in multichannel support (phone, email, chat)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to empathize with customers and remain patient in challenging situations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfort with computer systems and customer support tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
