Responsibilities:

• Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by clients through outbound and inbound calls.
• Tasks may include Appointment Scheduling, Insurance Lead Qualification, Patient Recruitment, and Medical Appointment Setting.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication during all interactions.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome.
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge post-nesting period.
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments.
• Access to a personal computer (not a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook).
• Webcam and reliable internet access.
• Dedicated desk/workstation in a quiet workspace.
