Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound phone support.
- Inbound and outbound email support.
- Inbound sales calls.
- New customer success, including welcome and initial training.
- Continuous training and development, learning Skimmer to better support customers.
- Pre-launch testing of new application features and providing feedback to the development team.
- Attend occasional trade shows and interact live/in-person with customers.
- Provide customer perspective to other teams (product, development, executive leadership) to contribute to the development of the upgrade road map.
- Contribute to the customer support Knowledge Base as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or customer-facing experience.
- Technically curious with a natural joy for troubleshooting.
- Previous experience with billing, invoicing, and/or accounting workflows and software.
- Previous experience with Quickbooks and/or Stripe.
- Spanish speakers are a major plus.
