Customer Support – Privacy Consultant Full Time

Responsibilities

• Perform best-in-class privacy support to users
• Assist with subscription states, account details, and customer requests
• Work to ensure efficient user workflows
• Resolve common inquiries within a week
• Serve as the primary contact for Cloaked users
• Engage with customers to understand their needs
• Develop and execute account plans to boost adoption and satisfaction
• Handle complex technical issues as an escalation point
• Collaborate with product team to address recurring issues
• Stay updated on trends in password management and online security
• Become an expert in product offerings and new features
• Conduct product training and create educational content
• Share customer feedback with product team for development

Requirements

• Experience with customer problem-solving
• Experience in technology sector with interest in trends
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt and resolve new problems
• Experience creating support resources is a plus
