Requirements:
- Upper Intermediate English (B1+) both spoken and written.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and a desire to help them achieve their goals.
- Strong empathy and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Flexibility to work in shifts (including up to 8 night shifts per month).
