Responsibilities
- Front line representative, using clear and professional communication
- Track and respond to inbound support issues via email, ticket, or phone
- Prioritize and attempt to resolve issues or route to appropriate owner
- Reproduce, troubleshoot, and document issues with attention to detail
- Uphold customer commitments as part of a metrics-driven team
- Develop product, module, and industry knowledge for resource support
- Provide feedback to ensure high quality deliverables
Requirements
- 1+ years in a customer-facing technical/software support role
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries
- Pragmatic prioritization and time management
- Composure during high-pressure situations
- Motivated, hardworking, and flexible with minimal supervision
