Customer Support Specialist Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, high-quality support
• Answer customer questions via phone or Zendesk ticketing system
• Give solutions advice and guide customers through product features
• Use excellent communication skills to handle difficult situations
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Collaborate with staff to follow company rules and regulations
• Assess customer feedback and communicate with peers and leadership
• Ensure appropriate follow-up to resolve technical problems

Requirements

• 2 years experience in a contact center environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ZenDesk preferred
• Experience with accounting and/or property management terminology preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including de-escalation
• Proven multitasker in an omnichannel environment
• Independent problem solver with a troubleshooting mindset
• Able to work in the US without sponsorship
