Customer Support Specialist Full Time

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with users to answer questions and address issues
• Troubleshoot product issues and bugs from start to finish
• Help customers identify goals and direct them to best practices
• Prioritize and manage your backlog of tickets
• Gather product feedback and share with the engineering team
• Triage and troubleshoot at-risk accounts as needed
• Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Bring your energy and have fun

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 0-1+ years of experience in support or service-oriented roles
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Proven experience in ambiguous situations
• Superb communication (both written and verbal)
• Experience managing issues through the end-to-end support lifecycle
• Coachable, takes extreme ownership, and trusts the process
• Excited to work with a low-ego, intellectually-curious team
