Responsibilities
- Identify, solve, escalate, and advise on customer questions and concerns
- Promote product education and recommend technical solutions
- Guide product users through features and functionalities
- Collaborate with the global support team to address technical issues
- Serve as an advocate for customers within Aircall
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role
- Fluency in English & German; other European languages a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with ticketing tools and CRM systems
- Strong basic computer skills and technical aptitude
- Curiosity to understand and troubleshoot complex inquiries
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a multilingual remote environment
