Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships and services
- Advocate for solutions to help consumers improve creditworthiness
- Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and request corrections
- Receive and forward customer requests for assistance to the appropriate area
- Handle escalated customer issues
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Comfortable using a computer for operations
- Must live within 45-60 minutes of Van Buren, AR office
