Responsibilities:
- You will be part of the technical team responsible for client interactions and connecting the sales team with various technology areas within the company.
- Assist new clients throughout the integration process and help them maximize the use of our technology.
- Analyze, correct, and report on issues detected in the production environment.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Level 2 Support Technician.
- Experience in analysis and resolution of technical incidents in production.
- Operations in databases (SQL).
- Familiarity with Linux (terminal).
- Ability to interpret server, application, and web logs.
- Experience with user interaction.
- Ability to understand code developed by others.
- Ability to define improvements for the platform.
- A good collaborator, balancing perfection and productivity.
