CX Project Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to deliver SSA CX initiatives
• Manage project tasks including cost, schedule, and performance
• Coordinate staff suitability, credentialing, and laptop distribution
• Plan and lead project kick-off meetings with SSA executives
• Facilitate communication with Contracting Officer’s Representative
• Prepare and submit monthly and ad-hoc project reports to SSA
• Oversee development of independent assessment report with recommendations
• Ensure compliance with SSA policies and regulations
• Identify and mitigate project risks, adjusting plans as needed
• Develop and maintain project management framework supporting CX initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 10+ years of experience managing complex projects
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including CX specialists
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA)
• Strong understanding of CX principles and methodologies
• Preferred: Master’s degree in project management or related field
• Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent
• Preferred: Experience with SSA or federal agencies
• Preferred: Experience in human-centered design or CX in government
