Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of SGI offered cloud security software suites
- Perform in-depth analysis and diagnosis for Cloud applications
- Assist and train partners on procedures for Cloud Security products & services
- Respond to customers experiencing technical issues via ticketing system or phone
- Work closely with team members and vendor support teams to deliver solutions
- Diagnose, research, reproduce and log reported defects with vendor’s engineering
- Assist in the development of training materials and act as team mentor as needed
- Document technical resolutions to increase support knowledge base
- Stay updated on latest Cloud Security products, best practices, and customer needs
