Cybersecurity Lead, Incident Response & SOC Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Lead InfoSec incident response, SOC operations, and vulnerability management.
• Manage security incidents, including threat monitoring, identification, and response.
• Perform detailed analysis and risk evaluation of incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with senior executives, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement.
• Develop incident and vulnerability management dashboards in SIEM tools.
• Monitor external sources for emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
• Lead incident response reporting to meet regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with IT and business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in large enterprise incident response.
• Expertise in incident response in compliance environments (HIPAA, SEC, NIST).
• Certifications: PNSE, CEH, Security+, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP preferred.
• Proficiency in AWS and Google security stacks, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools.
• Strong communication skills to convey security concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to perform network forensics and analyze packet captures.
