Data Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities

• Identifying trends, patterns, and insights to shape business decisions
• Creating and sharing reports on customer behavior and revenue performance
• Monitoring and tracking important team metrics and KPIs
• Helping the team conduct AB tests
• Improving analytical infrastructure with data marts and self-service tools
• Working closely with development team for CRM integration and updates
• Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues

Requirements

• Critical thinker with the ability to test hypotheses quickly
• Rapid learner, capable of diving into new ideas and data sources
• Ownership mentality with a proactive approach to business goals
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Looker/Superset or similar)
• Experience in subscription-based products is a plus
