Use data analysis to uncover and evaluate growth opportunities for Vinterior, focusing on GMV (gross merchandise value) and revenues.
Evaluate tests and initiatives launched within the company to help make the best decisions about them.
Run individual analysis projects while also supporting the wider team in running their analyses and expanding data models as the business evolves.
Work directly with various teams, including product, supply, brand, customer experience, and finance, on a day-to-day basis.
Provide insights on customer behavior through data and qualitative methods, including surveys and feedback tools.
Conduct regular inventory analysis to understand what inventory drives sales and identify opportunities for growth.
Support the Senior Product Manager with analysis related to product strategy and feature development.
Analyze the impact of product tests, experiments, and website changes, and share results with the team.
Manage and maintain the Looker instance, adding new data models as needed.
Provide support and training to the wider team on using Looker, Looker Studio, Amplitude, and other tools for their analyses.
Analyze the effectiveness of user acquisition activity and provide insights on improving customer lifetime value and repeat purchases.
Evaluate strategic expansion opportunities, such as international or category expansion.

At least 2+ years of experience in an analyst role, preferably within a digital and consumer-focused company or with a consulting firm, focusing on business growth.
Strong customer-focus with a natural curiosity about how customers think and behave.
Exceptional numeracy and analytical skills with a strong academic background in maths.
Proficient in defining objectives, designing and structuring analysis, selecting methodologies, and interpreting and communicating results.
Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets and BI tools like Looker; experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
Strong coding skills for data analysis, particularly in SQL, with Python being a desirable bonus.
Experience with survey design and qualitative analysis, in addition to quantitative analysis.
Passion for an independent analyst role with broad scope and contributing to business growth.
