Responsibilities
- Label, proofread, edit, re-write, and improve machine and human-generated text
- Work with content of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature
- Complete reading and text-based tasks with high attention to detail
- Evaluate responses against the style guide
- Provide feedback to cross-functional team members
- Maintain detail-oriented execution on repetitive tasks
Requirements
- Excellent command of written English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Emotional resilience to handle explicit content
- 1+ years of experience in Content Moderation and/or Trust and Safety
- High tolerance for repetitive work and strong time management
- Bonus: Fluency in another language
