Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex data analyses and generate reports that inform business decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data models that support these needs.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineers and other data analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and implement data quality checks and controls to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Mentor and train junior data analysts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.
- Experience with Azure, Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, and an excellent foundation in data warehousing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience mentoring and training junior data analysts is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to talk in English.
