Data Insights & Analytics Specialist Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Conduct segmentation analysis to understand behaviors.
• Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to satisfaction and retention.
• Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and research.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or similar.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Experience with data engineering tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.
• Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and advanced techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
