Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on clinical data management deliverables.
- Provide project management expertise and collaborate with customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate timelines, finances, and resources with clients, ensuring contract obligations are met.
- Support the data management service delivery with technical expertise and process management.
- Act as the escalation point for unresolved data issues and ensure effective issue resolution.
- Review and sign off on all data management plans (DMP) documents.
- Implement proactive quality management across multiple projects and track service performance.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in clinical data management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or related field.
- 4+ years of direct Clinical Data Management experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
- 1+ years of experience as a CDM project lead.
- Proven experience in managing the full data management life cycle for multiple projects.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, managers, and customers.
